The Empire Runners Board of Directors has approved a new set of Bylaws constructed by the Bylaw Review Committee and now submit the proposal to the club membership for a vote. A formal introduction to the propsed new bylaws will be made at the June 23rd Club Meeting. Voting will take place at the July 28th Club Meeting, which as been designated a Special Meeting.
